The indicator is blinking – The monitoring system has detected a low toner level in one or several of the installed toner cartridges. Please check the remaining toner level, and replace all nearly empty toner cartridges. The print quality is gradually decreasing, and each new print/copy is lighter – One or several toner cartridges are nearly empty. Please install a new toner cartridge of the indicated color, if any of the described below signals/signs appears. You could easily check the remaining toner of the installed cartridges by navigating to the ‘’Maintenance Info’’ menu, where you must select ‘’Remaining Toner’’.
The installed toner cartridges are consumable components, which have a certain, limited lifespan. Your Ricoh Aficio MP-C2500 Laser Printer is equipped with four toner cartridges.
